Shining skies
This series of digital illustrations started when I realized that I have a ton of pen and metallic marker sketches that contained interesting ideas but were not high enough quality to show online. So I decided to remake them: using the outlines but adding some color. At first I used only color gradients, then negan adding collage elements based on my own photographs. Later I used some of these illustrations as the basis for paintings. Here I explore my favorite topics: angel statues, traveling and the idea that the world is more than it appears.
